From ancient times, our ancestors have been practicing meditation. This is because they know the power of the subconscious mind that exists within us. Here are some unbelievable facts about the power of meditation.

1. Telepathy – (reading minds)

Telepathy is the concept of mind-reading or communicating something to someone from a distance. Here‘ tele ’ means to communicate and ‘ pathy ’ means distance.

It’s like the functioning of a telephone but in telepathy, we can understand someone’s feelings, emotions or thoughts without any actual talk.
 
It is possible for us humans to communicate with somebody’s mind. It’s not a supernatural power, it is the power of the subconscious mind which we can activate with meditation.

2. Control over Body Temperature –

We can control our body temperature as per our need . Somewhere you may have read that a few saints have been living in the Himalayas for years in minus degrees centigrade without any health issues. This is because they have control over their subconscious minds. If they can do it, so can we. Blank your conscious thoughts and meditate.
