It is the best alternative to dairy as it is lactose-free and healthy. You can add a bowl of oats, coffee, pancakes, and muffins.

14. Barley tea

It is made from roasted barley and is a staple in many East Asian countries. It is rich in antioxidants, helps with digestion, and is low in calories.
