1. Cucumber Water

This is also a detox drink. It will help you keep your digestive system working and also helps in shedding those extra kilos! Win-win?

Ingredients:

  1. Cucumber (cut into 1-inch slices)
  2. Sparkling water

Directions:

Combine the cucumber and water into a pitcher and allow to sit in the refrigerator for a few hours.

Some people add lemon juice as well to suit their taste.

2. Mint-Soda-lemonade

Ingredients:

  1. Mint leaves
  2. Fresh lemon
  3. Sparkling water
  4. Soda or Limca

Direction:

Take a jar or a glass and fill it with Cold Water(3/4th), add lemon juice(half or one, according to the taste), put-in mint leaves (pudina Leaves) two-three leaves after crushing them a bit, then add the soda or limca for the stingy taste. You can also add different spices to it and salt.

Add ice cubes to make it look like a perfect enigmatic drink.

This will refresh your soul from head to toe after a long tiring sunny day.

3. Masala Coke

This is the easiest and also the yummiest!

Ingredients:

  1. One chilled bottle of coke (the cold-drink)
  2. Shikanji masala (sour spices)

Direction:

Empty one chilled bottle of coke in a jar, and add the shikanji masaala in it (According to the taste), stir well.

SERVE!

4. Minty Pineapple & Cucumber Juice

This is for the ones who love fruits and love eating them and love drinking them!

Ingredients:

  1. 4 cups freshly squeezed cucumber
  2. 4 cups freshly squeezed pineapple
  3. Large handful fresh mint leaves

Directions:

Add all of the ingredients together in a pitcher and let sit in the fridge to let the flavors marry together. You can also add salt or sugar to the taste.

This can be done with different fruits according to your taste. Do remember to always eat the fruits that are in the season.

Drop in some ice-cubes and enjoy!

5. Minty Ginger lemonade

This is that one drink that will refresh you and refresh your stomach. The ginger purifies the throat and kills your body’s toxic elements.

Ingredients:

  1. A handful of mint leaves
  2. Ginger pieces
  3. Fresh lemon
  4. Sparkling water
  5. Soda or Limca

Direction:

Add all these ingredients in a jar according to the servings And taste. The ginger extracts can be put into pieces or the juice can be squeezed out and added.
