1. Broccoli Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 4-5 Broccoli Florets
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon red chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon mango powder
  • 4 bread slices 
  • Cheese slice 
  • Mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Boil the broccoli florets in water for 15-20 minutes.
  2. Chop the broccoli and keep it aside in a bowl.
  3. Now add all the spices and mix with chopped broccoli.
  4. Take the bread slices and smear mayonnaise on one side of every bread.
  5. Spread the broccoli mixture on the bread and put the cheese slice on the broccoli mixture.
  6. Place one bread on the other bread slice.
  7. Do the same with others.
  8. Now take each sandwich and grill it inside the sandwich griller for 5-8 minutes.

2. Broccoli Paratha

Ingredients

  • One cup of whole wheat flour
  • Chopped onions 
  • One whole broccoli
  • Water is required for kneading the dough
  • 2 tablespoons of salt
  • 2 tablespoons of red chili powder

  • 1 tablespoon of oil

Instructions

  1. Take the whole wheat flour in a bowl, add 5-6 drops of water, and start kneading it. Simultaneously keep adding the water and kneading the flour, until a soft dough is prepared.
  2. Now keep the dough aside.
  3. Boil the broccoli and chop it into tiny pieces and grind it a little in a food processor for about 4-5 seconds.
  4. Now add chopped onions, spices, and broccoli together and mix it properly.
  5. Take a small ball of dough and flatten it and dust with whole wheat flour.
  6. With the help of a rolling pin, roll it into about 4- 5 inches diameter rounds.
  7. On the portioned flattened dough ball, place the broccoli stuffing in the center and keep about an inch empty space from the sides.
  8. Seal the edges with your fingertips, so that the mixture is completely covered by the dough itself.
  9. Sprinkle some flour and roll with the help of a rolling pin into the size of chapati.
